Mr. Vincent Stauffer Kudos for taking noble initiative to organise a regional seminar on the very sensitive issue affecting fragile eco-system of transe Himalayan region an important Habitat for dwindling flagship population of Snow Leopard.The Whole Himalayan region is being over exploited to tap wast pontential for Hydro Power generation,whichas a sequele is degrading the virgin and trenquil natural habitat of various speceis of wild flora and fauna endemic to the area.The need of the hour is to promote alternative sources of energy viz;-Solar,Wind and Biogas based as a source of sustainable and eco-friendly energy system.I am a vet serving with Govt of Himachal Pradesh,an Indian Province adjoining Jammu & kashmir.I WISH to participate in this seminar but wont be able to contribute in terms of Abstract and have financial constraints so kindly advise me what shall i do?
